Can I conduct online tests from my own printed question papers?
Yes. Upload the PDF or phone photos of the paper - Hindi, English or bilingual, with maths and diagrams - check the questions and answer key, and give it to one batch or several as a timed CBT test with negative marking. Scores, ranks and every answer sheet come in as students submit.
How do fee reminders work?
Each student's dues are worked out from their fee plan every month. With one tap you remind one student or everyone who is late: the reminder appears in the student's app and as a phone notification, and you can also send a ready-written WhatsApp message to the number saved with the fee.
Can my teachers use it too?
Yes. Add teachers by their Google email or Paper2Test username. A teacher sees their own batches, timetable, attendance and tests - never the fees. Their papers count against your plan.
Do students need to pay or install an app?
No. Students use paper2test.app in any browser or the Android app, sign in with Google or email, and see their timetable, tests, results, attendance and fee receipts. They never pay.
Can I move my existing students from Excel?
Yes. Import students from an Excel or CSV sheet into a batch, and export your student list, fees and reports to Excel any time.
