You can delete your account yourself, in the Paper2Test Android app or on the website. It takes a minute and cannot be undone.
1How
- Sign in at paper2test.app, or open the Paper2Test app.
- Open Profile & settings (your picture, top right).
- At the bottom, choose Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Cannot sign in any more? Email support@paper2test.app from your account's email address and we delete it within 7 days.
2What is deleted
- Your papers (uploaded pages, questions, figures) and tests, with every result on them.
- An institute you run: its batches, teacher list and logo.
- Your profile: name, email, username, photo, chosen exams, notification settings and devices, referral links and credits.
3What is kept
- Your answers in tests other people host stay in their results, shown as "Deleted user" (they belong to that teacher's test).
- Payment records (amount, date, what was bought) are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, without your name or email.
